We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our team of 5 Physicians and 10 CRNAs in Normal IL. about 50 minutes from Springfield, IL.

Procedures: General B&B, OB volume 1,800 per year, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Davinci Robotic Surgery, Regionals, Peds – health usually over 1-2 years old, Stroke Center of Excellence.

Details:

Level 2 Trauma, light cardiac volume (typically less than 50 per year), All physicians do hearts, share call equally.

Call: 1:5 Home call-ideally less than 20 min (maximum 30 min) response time, Calls in-house only if OB epidurals running

Compensation: 400K first year, only 1 year partnership track, Sign-on Bonus $25K (would need to be paid back, prorated, if left before 2 years)
