Locum Source is assisting a hospital that has an immediate need for an Anesthesiologist due to their growing cardiac surgery program.
Dates:
ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday 630 am to 3:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday 7:00 am to 3:330 pm
No call, No weekends.
Setting:
Level II Trauma Center
Specialty: Cardiac/Pediatric/Pain
EMR: Cerner
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1Cardiac surgeries 5-7 general cases. Must help cover general if no cardiac cases
8 operating rooms
Requirements:
Board Certified
TEE certified
Active Iowa license or IMLC Certified
IA CSR
DEA
BLS, ACLS, PALS
Cardiac fellowship – preferred

Option for licensing reimbursement
The great thing about Iowa is that they participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. If qualified, you could obtain an Iowa license in a matter of a few weeks.
