Seeking a full time or part time interventional pain Physiatrist Physician for Physical medicine private practice in SPARTANBURG, SC 29307
The Physician will work in a Multi-disc office with DC, NP and other MD/DO. The practice primarily focuses on Musculoskeletal complaints and the Physician will provide:
1. PATIENT EVALS/EXAMS OF NEW PATIENTS,
2. Interventional spinal injections
3. ORDERING TESTS AND IMAGING
4. MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
5. ORDERING DME AS NEEDED
6. REFERRALS FOR PT, ADVANCED IMAGING, OTHER SPECIALIST
OUR SERVICES CURRENTLY ARE MOSTLY INTERVENTIONAL PAIN, SO THE CANDIDATE WILL EVENTUALLY MOVE INTO PERFORMING PROCEDURES ALSO – LARGE/SMALL JOINT INJECTIONS, MEDIAL BRANCH BLOCKS, NEUROPATHY TREATMENTS, other nerve blocks, epidurals, radio frequency ablations, and possibly spinal cord stimulator trials
experience with EMG or NCV’s would be helpful, but not required
