- Start Date
- Looking for ASAP start date
- Will not look at candidates who can not start before 9/2
- 4 to 6 week assignment
- Need someone every day 12p-12a
- Schedule
- Looking for coverage for as many shifts as possible
- The providers that can start 9/2 and have the most availability will be the first confirmed
- 12 hour shifts
- Clinical Details
- Annual volume of 28k
- Will accept any state license
- Will be assisting with increase due to COVID resurgence
- Working in a stand alone alternate care facility
- Number of beds will fluctuate with census
- Mid Acuity COVID patients
- 24 hours of APP coverage
- Requirements
- Any Active license
- BC is required
- Additional information:
- Emergency Privileges available
- Will pay for flights and lodging
- Must present willingness to supervise APP's, Firm availability (actual dates) and providers departure airport
