- Independent, not-for-profit, regional medical center, level III trauma
- Established hospital employed group of 3 MD's and 6 CRNA's
- MD's take backup call only; CRNA's take first call
- No medical supervision of CRNA's
- No hearts
- Epic EMR
- Option for traditional schedule or 2 weeks on 1 week off
- 12-14 weeks PTO
- Physicians earning from $475,000-$530,000+ annually
