• Must have active West Virginia license
• Inpatient
• SC, Endo, Peds, ENT, General, GYN, Major Vascular, Neuro, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Thoracic, and Urology. No hearts
• Monday-Friday day shifts, some weekends needed
• Must have DEA and ACLS
• Will be supervising CRNAs
