Exceptional practice opportunity for a BC/BE Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join the private practice servicing Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Cohen Children’s Medical Center located on Western Long Island- about 18 miles outside of Manhattan, NYC!
Long Island Jewish Medical Center (LIJMC) is a 452-bed voluntary, nonprofit, tertiary care teaching hospital and is one of the clinical and academic hubs of the Northwell Health system, offering world-class cardiology, cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopaedics, head and neck oncology, urology, gynecology and vascular programs. The 48-acre campus has three major components: Long Island Jewish Hospital, Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center and The Zucker Hillside Hospital. Academic affiliation with the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/ Northwell, with its own residents and a ACGME accredited pediatric fellowship.

8 brand new, state of the art operating rooms scheduled to open in 2022
Position will be a mix of peds and adult cases, consisting of: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Urology, Vascular, Thoracic, Neurosurgery, Gastroenterology, ENT, Head and Neck.
Flexible scheduling.
Cases are performed in the OR and ASC.
Call: 3 24-hour calls per month and approximately 3 late calls per month. There is a CRNA located in the OR and OB overnight.
