Chicago area
- Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): June until October.
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Open to 5 8s or 4 10s. Will not pay overtime.
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No call
- Type of Patients/Cases: Bread and butter. Will be independent though.
- Support Staff: Full support staff
- Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent): Independent-will perform their own cases
Chicago area
- Schedule: Monday - Friday shifts with a 40 hour work week. They can be 8s, 10s, or 12s.
- Must be willing to take OR call.
- Types of Cases: General, Podiatry, Ear/Nose/Throat, Orthopedic, Ophthalmology, IV sedation (mostly bread and butter though with some cardiac and vascular.
- There will be no Obstetric, pediatrics, or trauma.
- Support Staff: MDs/CRNAs
- Type of Care Model: Care Team
- Care Team: Combination of MDs and CRNAs at each facility. MDs supervise 1:3, 1:4 ratio and/or in their own rooms. 25% of time in their own room – maybe in room 1 time a week
