Opportunity for ab Anesthesiologist to join a well-established, busy, strong, diverse and innovative private practice servicing this 360 bed level 2 trauma center covering an extensive area from Fishkill, NY to north of Albany, NY. Hospital is the only tertiary care facility between Albany and Westchester county.

Vassar Brothers Medical Center is the only tertiary care facility between Albany and Westchester county, is recognized for stroke and cardiac care, and has the area’s first and only cardio thoracic surgery center. For women’s and children’s health services, they offer the first and only Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the region for premature and critically ill infants. Vassar recently became a Level II Trauma Center, further advancing the center’s vision to provide the community with local access to state-of-the-art medical care.

Practice is expanding in multiple locations both in and outside the hospital setting providing a wide array of environments designed to provide and encourage significant professional advancement. A new state of the art hospital center is under construction, and life in the beautiful Hudson Valley is peaceful and sophisticated with 2 premier college campuses and easy access to NYC

Cases:
On call surgery cases and OB service ( 3000 deliveries a year.).

Schedule: M-M 7p-7a one week on , one week off.
