Envision Physician Services is looking for a dedicated Chief Anesthesiologist to work and manage the St Lucie Surgery Center located in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

The Surgery Center is located across the street from St Lucie Medical Center and some details include:

• 3 Ops rooms and 2 endo suites.
• Approx. 20-30 cases a day
• Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm Competitive salary with full benefits package and PTO
• Leadership stipend

Position Summary:

• Must be Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Chief/Vice Chief experience necessary
• Lead a department of 5 clinicians while maintaining full time clinical duties
• Cases include, GI, Orthopedics, Vascular, OB and general, peds
• Base Salary, Chief stipend and Quality Metric Bonus
• PTO, CME, and 401K match

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the continued development of the department
• Participate in Key Hospital Committees as required by Hospital leadership
• Accountable for the performance of the department
• Participate in the monthly Sheridan Chief Meeting (mainly via webcast)
• Recognize talent within the department and delegate for committees
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hospital administration
• Attend Sheridan leadership conferences and leadership development meetings
