Location/Worksite address: Roughly 30 minutes from Duluth, MN

Dates coverage is needed: March 3 months

Is this ongoing?: Only until a perm is secured

Schedule/Shift times: Monday - Friday work week & complete flexibility w/ most docs working 4 days/week

Clinical Setting: 100% outpatient pain management + 1 (one) procedure day in the dedicated ENDO suite. * 3 CRNA's manage their practice independently & incoming doc won't be in the OR, strictly chart review & oversight

Clinic Volume: 10-15 ppd

Patient Ages: Adults

Types of cases/Specialty mix: Ultrasound-guided interventional strategies, strong skills in fluoroscopy, drug treatment, pain rehabilitation & management, injection therapies, implantable pain management devices (spinal cord stimulators), experience in latest interventional & injections therapies, medication evaluation & recommendation, rehabilitative approaches, implantable pain management devices. *They have a focus on interventional pain management & minimizing opioid usage.

Type of charting (EMR, paper): Meditech (in hospital) & eClinicalWorks (in clinic). * minimal amount of Meditech use (signing off on CRNA charts)*
