Weeknight Call 1:3
Weekend Call: 1:4
Medical supervision model - 90% supervision, 10% doing own cases
Supervision ratio 1:3
Case-mix - general, OB, ortho, ent, podiatry, vascular, thoracic, urology, peds, and GI
