10 CRNA/2 Anesthesiologist Model
7 Starts M-F
2nd Call – 1:2 – available as back up or consult – CRNA is 1st call
Call Pay - $500 M-F
$1,000 – Sat-Sun
Facilitator – run boards, manage add-ons, give breaks, etc.
9 Weeks off
Salary- Mid $400,000s
Potential Annual Bonus - $20,000
$15,000 Sign On Bonus
Annual contract with auto renewal
