* Leadership Role in reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer
* Responsible for directing and encouraging faculty and residents to participate in quality improvement projects and protocols
* Opportunity to work closely with the Chiefs of Anesthesiology Medical School affiliates
* Overseeing daily operations including pre-operative evaluations, interoperative management and flow, and post anesthesia recovery
* Representation of Surgical Services on various Medical Executive Committees
* Demonstrated success in written articles for publications, presentations, leadership, team building and delegation
* Ability to interrupt scientific, technical and management journals as well as financial reports and legal documents
