This is a surgery center position-No nights, weekends, holidays, trauma, hearts, neuro or OB. Standard outpatient Ortho, Plastics, GYN, Gen Surg, ENT with some Peds. Good regional anesthesia skills are required. Total compensation range: $250K-$350K with 7 weeks of vacation. Productivity compensation model with option to take call at area hospitals for additional compensation. Plenty of time to hike, surf, ski and enjoy the Northern California culture. Silicon Valley 30 mins, SF 90 mins, Monterey 45 mins, and Tahoe 4 hours.
