$350k Base Salary plus bonus/Ownership Opportunity

• Work/Life Balance Hours 7am-3:30pm with weekend rotations shared amongst 8 Anesthesiologists
• 6 weeks paid vacation with one week CME (initially earn $3,000 towards CME)
• Partnership track opportunity after two years
• $10K sign-on bonus
• Up to $10K relocation reimbursement
