- Cases include: plastics, urology, GI, dental and some miscellaneous podiatry, ortho. Volume based on type of cases
- Monday – Friday schedule
- 8a - 4p, or 9a-5p
- No call
- Paper charts
- Must have FL license and DEA
- $250hr
- 24 hour credentialing
