- Practice team includes 7 full-time physicians, 15 full-time CRNA’s with several solid PRN CRNA’s.
- Care team model
- General, Cardiac, OB, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Gyn, Robotic, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Vascular, Thoracic
- M-F, 0645 to 1600
- Weekday and Weekend CALL
- Cerner EMR

- Full Service, need to do hearts if needed.
- 3MDs and 8 CRNAs
- Mainly supervise, up to 1:4
- CRNAs in house 24/7, w/ MD taking back-up call.
- Ideal Call is 1:4
- If on call, maybe own cases, but mainly TEEs.
- 7-5:30 M-F, but some days they get out earlier than others
- Will consider (4) 10’s
- Credentialing 60 days
- EMR is Meditech
