- Schedule
- Full time; Monday-Friday 1st shift (7 or 7:30 start time), 3 months to start w/ possible extension
- Clinical Details
- The facility is currently Level 2, but operate as a Level 1. MUST be comfortable in a HIGH ACUITY, HIGH QUALITY work environment.
- Provider may work at up to 3 facilities: Memorial Central, Memorial North or the Printer’s Park Surgery Center
- Doctors typically work five ten hour shifts, call coverage may be necessary (late evening or weekend).
- Requirements
- Board certified - ABA (will not consider non ABA)
- ACLS, ATLS, PALS:Must have AHA certification for ACLS and PALS - Required (ATLS and PALS MUST be attainable prior to credentials being signed off - no exceptions!)
- *Commitment of 3 weeks per month for 3 months or more - Required
- Experience working Level 1 acuity including vascular, OB, neurosurgery, & trauma - Required
- Must have Level 1 trauma experience within the last 5 years - Required
- No more than 5 years of locum work within the last 7 years - Required
- Providers must commit to 3 weeks per month (preferably consecutive weeks) for a minimum of 3 months to be considered.
- Rates need to be based in a 10 hour shifts with OT over 10 hours - Required
- Preferred
- *CO License - Highly Preferred (*if your provider needs to obtain a CO license, they must have a clean record w/ no malpractice)
- Call
- Possible - Late call or back up call
- No in-house overnight call
- Possible weekend call
