- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible anesthesiologist
- Group was previously under an independent CRNA model - looking to add a chief anesthesiologist
- They are adding this position to attract more subspecialties to the hospital
- The role is mostly administrative, however, the CRNAs are treated as equals. No need to supervise their cases
- You'd work three weeks on, one week off
- Weekday call: 1-2 nights a week
- Bread and butter cases, as well as, minimal OB
- Work one weekend every four weeks
- You'd work as a 1099 for this group
- $550,000 annual salary
- 13 weeks of PTO a year
- No visa candidates, unfortunately
