Get 495,000 Annual Income - West Virginia Anesthesiologist - Any State License.
Harris Medical Associates is currently working with the VAMC in Clarksburg W.V. This is
ongoing Monday-Friday 6 month locums assignment with a 6 month extension. Housing/travel and
malpractice covered. Very time sensitive, must have CV presented by 12/12.
Board Certified or Eligible (ABA).
BLS, ACLS and DEA.
7:30 am - 4 pm (surgery hours).
95% direct patient care.
6 days of call required per month.
List of Preferred Procedures. Note: If you are not comfortable performing all, call me as
some are not necessarily required.
• Preoperative evaluation.
• Intravenous conscious/moderate sedation.
• Management of fluid, electrolyte and metabolic parameters.
• Airway management, basic and complicated, including all associated devices and techniques.
• Invasive monitoring (Pulmonary Artery Catheter, Central Venous, Arterial Lines).
• Local and regional anesthesia with and without sedation, including topical and
infiltration, minor and major nerve blocks.
• Management of intraoperative complications.
• Management of PACU problems.
• Peripheral nerve block to include major plexus block.
• Manipulation of body temperature.
• Manipulation of cardiovascular parameters.
• Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation including tracheal intubation, ventilation, and basic and
advanced CPR monitoring .
• Joint and bursa sac injection.
• Trigger point injection.
• Cervical, thoracic, lumbar and caudal blocks.
• Differential spinal blocks.
• Cervical, brachial and lumbar plexus blocks.
• Stellate ganglion blocks.
• Celiac plexus blocks.
• Lumbar sympathetic blocks.
• Regional blocks of the head, neck and limbs.
• Blocks for the treatment of cephalgia.
