A corporation facility in Illinois is looking for an anesthesiologist who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately two months beginning in late June with a high chance of extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see patients of all ages for a variety of cases: Ortho, Endo, general ANES, Bariatric, Oncology, GI, Peds, OBGYN. Possibly some trauma (Level 2 Trauma Program just launched), possibly Neuro. No Cardio. Candidates must be proficient in placing labor epidurals. All cases are directed by MDA. The locum tenens physician will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. This facility uses Epic EMR and will provide training.
