Locum Anesthesiologist needed near Chicago to start in 80 days and work ongoing. Must have Clean Background and IL License. o 7am-3pm, 7am-5pm, 7am-7pm and 24 Hr Shifts Available. o General B&B Cases, OB, Ortho, Neuro/Heads, Peds. o Medical Direction 1:4 o 9 Locations at the Hospital and 1-2 Surgery Centers. o 6 MD/14 CRNA Team. o EPIC EMR o 6-8 Wks for Privileging. o $500 Visa Gift Card earned every 500 hours worked - Odyssey Loyalty Program. o $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. o $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day Premium after 4 hours. o $Competitive Hourly pay housing travel A rated malpractice insurance if needed.
