A facility in Iowa is looking for an anesthesiologist who can provide locum tenens coverage for about seven months beginning in early June with a possible extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between four and six patients for a variety of cases: Adult, Ped's , General, Spinal Block, Peripheral Nerve Block, Epidural Block, Caudal Block and Intra Regional Block. The client also requires that the provider manage surgical cases, OB cases, Medical Procedures, and Pediatric cases. The locum will work full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus call. This facility uses Epic EMR and will provide paid training.
