Per Diem CRNAs needed for e Centers in New York City!
Duration: Ongoing per diem. Current crnas average between 2-4 days per month.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7-4
Hours: 7AM-4 or 4:30PM
Procedures: Procedures typically done are Endoscopies and Colonoscopies but from time to time MDs perform HL( a diagnostic test I believe), Liver Biopsies, PEG (a procedure in which a tube, a PEG tube, is passed into a patient's stomach through the abdominal wall, most commonly to provide a means of feeding when oral intake is not adequate). Use Propofol.
OR’s and Case Volume:Total of 55 cases/day done between 3 rooms--avg will be 15-25 for the CRNA
License Requirement:Must be licensed before presentation, current ACLS required.
Privileges: 1-2 weeks.
