150K START DATE BONUS for Central Phoenix Division, Seeking Anesthesiologist Committed to Busy High Risk OB with Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision Physician Services practice!

Practice locations include hospitals (St. Joseph’s, CORE Orthopedic Surgical) & multiple outpatient facilities. The primary location is Banner University Medical Center (BUMC-P) a busy, fast-paced, Level I trauma center with 733 beds. Between St. Josephs & BUMC-P, Valley provides anesthesia services in the following Non-Trauma cases:

-Solid Organ transplant

-OB

-Hepato-biliary surgery

-General, minimally invasive & vascular neurosurgery


*Candidates must be ABA Board Certified or certified within 6 years of training.


Reporting Structure: Anesthesiologists in the Downtown division have facility level representation through OR medical directors & department chairpersons. The Valley Envision management team consists of 6 peer-elected anesthesiologists & a regional clinical operations director. They are responsible for providing operational oversight of the division as well as representation on the Valley BOD.


Compensation: This position delivers an excellent compensation package with a competitive tiered base salary, after-hours, and call compensation. Earning potential is $470K-$700K.
