Anesthesiology MD
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call On Call Pay Rate: $2193.00 - 2205.00
An ongoing Anesthesiology Physician assignment beginning in September 2018. Physician call is 1:4; beeper call 30-minute radius, first out
post call. Cases include 220-230 adult hearts (no ped hearts). heads,
ortho, vascular, GI, neuro, L2 trauma.
Guaranteed 40-hour week (unless time off is required; does
not apply to holiday weeks). Physician is off every fifth week but may be able to
negotiate to work. ABA or ABA certification required. TB test required. Case logs required
ON-SITE INTERVIEW MANDATORY prior to
privileges. It is only an hour or so, but it is a hospital
requirement. All locums are required to complete documentation
training (takes no more than 30 minutes). Compliance training mandatory; needs to be completed
within 30 days of start. Annual compliance each fall. QGenda utilized for scheduling. Locums will be required
to clock in/out for reporting purposes only; will still be
required to complete/submit the agency timesheet as usual
for payroll.
Flexibility is key with all locums; no clock watchers,
please.

Visitors will want to be sure to check out the Riverfront area, which affords outdoors types a plethora of fishing and aquatic recreation options. Sports fans can take in an Ontario Hockey League game or enjoy Division II athletics at Saginaw Valley State.
