• Become the 3rd Anesthesiologist on staff.
• When fully staffed, the Anesthesiology department is comprised of 6 CRNAs and 3 Anesthesiologists. The CRNAs take first call, and the Anesthesiologists take second call.
• The call rotation for back up call will be every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend.
• Previous experience directing a department is strongly preferred
