Anesthesiology Physician in California
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Monday thru Friday- unless on call Pay Rate: $365000.00 - 500000.00
Join a team of 8 Anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs that are dedicated to a philosophy of excellence in providing health services, education, and professional training in an integrated system that values quality in life, family interaction, and respect for both patients and employees. The hospital is committed to the delivery of community-oriented, culturally sensitive, and affordable healthcare throughout the community for over 145 years. They are a Level III Trauma center that invests in the latest technologies to help ensure that patients and providers have access to the most advanced treatments in the region. The incoming provider will be welcomed to a state-of-the-art hospital offering the following:
General Anesthesia
Preferred Qualifications
BC- will receive an extra $20,000
BE/BC will look at New Grads and like a Trauma, Orthopedic, and Neuro.
No Cardic and minimal OB

The incoming provider will be welcomed to a state-of-the-art hospital offering the following:
General Anesthesia
- Hospital-employed
- 60% oversight of CRNAs and 40% ANES
- Majority of the practice is Trauma, ORS, and NS
- No Cardiac and minimal OB
- Monday through Friday unless on call
- 1:8 call
- $500,000 yearly salary
- $365,000 base salary
- Up to $140,000 additional bonuses
- $40,000 sign-on/relocation
- 6 weeks of PTO plus 5 days CME with $2,000
