Summary:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:00am-3:30pm
- Call required
- Case types: general, general b&b, vascular, neuro spines, neuro heads, ortho, podiatry, & plastics
- Paid travel and expenses

Qualifications:
- Board certified
- Active New York license
- ACLS, BLS, CSR, & DEA certifications
