Start Date: 7/3/2023
Contract Length: 6-1yr, more possible
Shift Details: 6:30am-5pm Monday-Friday
Schedule: Weekdays, 6:30am-5pm, weekends may be possible, No call
Work Details:
• How many Providers: 3-5 Physician anesthesiologists
• EMR: Epic
• Main Procedure: general surgery, ortho, very rear to see spine or brain cases
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
• Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and Lodging
Requirements:
• Board Certification: American Board of Anesthesiologists certified or board-eligible
• License Required: Active OH license
Credentialing Timeframe: Hospital privileging timeline, are emergency privs an option: 2-3 months
