A community hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in northeast Missouri.
TEE Certification is required and a fellowship is required only for individuals with limited experience. The schedule is Monday - Friday. Shifts are 8s. There is beeper call on cardiac days and on Monday and Tuesday each week for possible bleeding. The types of cases include cardiac (20-40%), general surgery, bariatrics (robotic), thoracic, GYN, urology, ENT, ortho, ortho spine, podiatry, cataracts, GI, occasional cases in MRI suite, pulm (bronch/EBUS), EP cases in cath lab in the future, OB c-sections, and epidurals.
