We are assisting several facilities in Arizona that are all looking for an Anesthesiologist. There are locums and permanent positions available.

Locum Source Staffing will provide malpractice insurance, travel, and housing.

Southeast Arizona: (Locum to permanent)

  • Dates Needed: Asap - ongoing (Permanent search)
  • Schedule:
    • Scheduled OR Days will vary Weekend and Weekdays
      0700-1700
    • Night/Weekend Call
      1-3 phone consults
  • Other:
    • Credentialing will take 2-3 weeks
    • 10-20 patients seen in hospital per day
    • Patients of all ages

North Central Arizona: (Locum)

  • Dates Needed:

    • Feb 24,15

    • Mar 8,10

    • Mar 14,15,17

    • Mar 23

    • Mar 29,31

    • Apr 4,5,7

    • Apr 19, 20, 21, 22

    • Apr 25, 26, 27, 28,2 9

    • May 23, 24, 25, 26, 27

    • 24-hour beeper call

    • April 2, 3

    • April 23, 24

    • Apr 30/May 1

    • May 15

    • May 22

    • May 28, 29

  • Schedule:

    • Monday-Friday: 0700 to 1500 or 0700 to 1700
    • Occasional call weekdays: 1700 to 0700
    • Weekends: Friday 1700 to Monday 0700
  • Other:
    • Current OB anesthesia skills and energy/ability to cover OB plus OR and endoscopy at night and on weekends is a must
    • The locum's anesthesiologist will always have a CRNA to back them up.
    • No peds, no spine, no ENT, no neurosurgery, and no open heart.
    • Geriatric fractures, urology, general surgery ( no bariatrics), advanced breast cancer surgery, total joints, and ALL endoscopy under Propofol infusion
North Central Arizona (2): (Locum)
  • Dates Needed: March 3 - May 12 (Not working all days) *Will provide exact days upon inquiry
  • Schedule: 7a – 7p, 7p – 7a, or 6p – 7a
  • Other:
    • This is not a bread and butter facility – it would be hard to find a full day of bread and butter cases, we are comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo
    • Weekend shifts the physicians are working with 3 CRNAs, one backup physician, and one OB physician


Requirements: COVID Vaccine required for all facilities - Religious and medical exemptions allowed
