--Board Certified Pediatric Anesthesiologists with an active New Jersey license
--No weekends, no call
--Care Team Model | CRNA Supervision
--Case Mix: Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, GYN, Pain and General Surgery cases
--Scheduled Operating Room hours - 25-30% healthy Pediatric patients for outpatient surgery
