Center for Pain Medicine Clinic and Surgery Center a well-respected and established interventional pain practice in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified/eligible interventional pain medicine physician to join its rapidly growing practice.

Candidate(s) must have excellent bedside manner, time management skills and be looking for long-term employment in an outpatient clinical setting. The physician will provide comprehensive interventional pain management care and supervise advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs). Position requires a variety of clinical and technical skills including coordination, workup, diagnosis, treatment, performing the most advanced interventional pain procedures and follow up with patients.

Clinic and surgery center hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Position offers a competitive salary guarantee with productivity-based incentive from the beginning of employment, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401k opportunities with company match. Employee will receive three (3) weeks of paid time off and five days of paid CME with reimbursement up to four thousand (4000.00 dollars per year). A partnership track is offered and details will be discussed upon interview.

Qualifications, Skills Requirements and Education

  • Must have obtained a MD or DO degree and completed an accredited residency program.
  • Must have completed Fellowship in Intervention Pain Medicine in an accredited fellowship program.
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for delivery of medical care.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Knowledge of comprehensive medical evaluation, including diagnosis and treatment plans for patients with spine, nerve and joint related pain.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be credentialed per facility policies and procedures.
  • Licensure required: State of North Dakota and Federal DEA Certification
BLS/ACLS Certification
