Exceptional practice opportunity for an anesthesiologist to walk into a well-established, equipped busy and comprehensive pain practice. located in Norwich. southeastern Connecticut ½ between Boston and NYC!
Â
The William Backus Hospital is a 213-bed hospital with numerous off-site locations, including several health centers, Backus Home Health Care and Backus Outpatient Care Center, also Norwich. Backus offers the only trauma center in New London and Windham counties and is the only area hospital with LIFE STAR helicopter services, in partnership with Hartford Hospital. A new Backus Emergency Care Center offers emergency services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, as well as diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. The Backus Medical Staff includes approximately 300 physicians offering a wide range of healthcare services

Anesthesia practice consists of 8 MD's & 13 CRNA's

Dedicated office space, full mid-level support, X-rays, occupational and physical therapy all on site. Huge growth potential opportunity for a hardworking physician who wants to grow a practice.

1:9 hospital OR call.
Â
Ideally the position will be a 50/50 pain clinic/OR split, however practice may be open to considering someone looking for 100% pain. Partnership track is available for the right candidate as well.
