• Start 7am on Friday, End 7am the following Friday

• Jul 31 2020 - Aug 7 2020
• Aug 28 2020 - Sep 4 2020
• Sep 11 2020 - Sep 18 2020
• Sep 25 2020 - Oct 2 2020
• Oct 9 2020 - Oct 16 2020

• 8 Hour working days + evening beeper call
• CALL 1:3, 20% hands on
• Provider will be covering Cardiovascular OR for cases and call, if no cardiac cases, they will be covering general OR cases during scheduled shift times (8 hours) and then remain on cardiac beeper call in the evening.
• Valves, CABG, congential, TAVR, watchmen, aortic cases, LVAD--No transplants
• EPIC EMR
