- Certification: BC required
- License: IN state license needed, not required to apply
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Call: Yes
- Caseload: 1 - 2 cases per day
- Other Certification: ACLS, BLS, and TEE
- Procedures: Cardiac and vascular
- Medical supervision of anesthesia required
