- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
- General, endo, cardiac, OB, plastics, neuro, ortho, trauma, dentistry and podiatry
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
