Job Description: Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Allergist at Fort Knox, KY, just outside of Louisville. - Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm - Fully insured patient population - Freedom from malpractice insurance worries - No on-call responsibilities! - Focus on treating patients, not running a business or managing staff - Will be scheduled to see at least 14 patients a day face to face, perform telephone consults and relay messaging - Working in a team environment to include other physicians and support staff Job Requirements: The Position will have the following requirements: - Completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program and Fellowship training in Allergy approved by the ACMGE - Board certification in Internal Medicine and Allergy - Current clinical experience in treating Allergy patients, and a minimum of one (1) year post fellowship practice in Allergy - Any active state license - Current DEA registration - Basic Life Support certification (BLS), PALS and NRP are encouraged Company Overview: Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
