Respected regional Health System, a not-for-profit community hospital, is seeking a Board Certified Palliative Medicine Physician to join an established palliative/hospice service. This unique opportunity is open to an enthusiastic candidate interested in enhancing a quality palliative medicine program while leading a fellowship training program.

Duties to include…

• Inpatient consultation service averaging 8-10 patients per day
• Continue development of outpatient services
• Recruitment of fellowship candidates
• Develop and direct the approved Fellowship in accordance with the general and specialty-specific regulations
• Shared call with up to 4 other providers

Position details…

• Fellowship trained preferred
• Hospice and Palliative Medicine (Board Certified)
• Prefer 2 years post graduate clinical experience
• Teaching experience preferred
• M.D. or D.O.
• Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
