Very unique opportunity to lead a hospital and family practice department in Northwest Kansas - 3.5 hrs from Denver, CO. We are looking for an experienced family practice physician that knows that they want to help take charge of a system and a desire to serve their community. Prior admin or supervising roles are required. MBA strongly preferred. You will be required to see patients with your own panel 2 days a week and then perform all admin duties 3 days a week. Mon-Fri 8-5 with no call. You will oversee 4 NP/PA's and other staff. Looking for someone who has worked in a clinical team environment and knows how to organize a team and department.
