need Physician or mid-level locum w/ active WV license and X waiver to start ASAP at Wheeling CTC 3 days per week, M W F 6am-11am.

Can use Psychiatrist or Addiction Medicine as long as they have x waiver and WV license.

local candidates in driving distance strongly preferred.

-What is the target start date for a new locums? ASAP once confirmed, looking at 2 weeks out w/ cred timeline

-How long are you looking to confirm a locums for coverage (3 months, 6 months, ongoing)? 4-8 weeks

-What schedule will the locums be working (what days and hours)? M, W, F 6-11am

-Is this for Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry, or can you use either one? Can be any Physician/Mid-Level one as long as they have a WV license and X-Dea Waiver

-Physician only or can you use a NP or PA for this need? Physician or can use mid level w/ x-waiver

-Do you provide methadone or suboxone assisted treatments? Both, OBOT and OTP

-Does the locum need to have a Suboxone x waiver? Yes

-How many patients per day will the locum see? Average 15 a day (doing admissions, annual physicals and regular follow up appointments for OBOT)

-Who does History and Physicals? Physicians and Mid-Levels

-Will there be any other doctors or mid-levels working at the clinic with the locum? Yes, Medical Director – Dr. John Schultz

-What support staff is available? Receptionists, Nurses, Counselors, Clinic Director

-What EMR do you use? Methasoft

-Are you willing to consider candidates who are not local and would require travel/lodging? Would prefer local only

-How long is your cred timeline for a new locums to start (2-3 weeks is what we see at most Acadia CTC sites for locums)? Yes Acadia takes about 2-3 weeks.

WV Cares must be completed as part of regular Acadia background screening.
