Family Medicine or Internist needed for part-time position with a growing community health center in Long Island:

• Work in 100% outpatient clinic alongside primary care providers and mid-level staff; must be certified in MAT program over one year
• financial support via new grant to support HIV/Hep C testing, PREP education and suboxone prescribing
• Quality recognized program with excellent team and support
• Position would be for 1-2 days per week
• Community health setting, full age range of patients, diverse caseload

NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred)

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Training, would consider Infectious Disease training
