Job Description

  • Start Date
    • ASAP - on going
    • At least 3-6 months need
  • Schedule:
    • Looking for coverage 2 days per week
    • 10 hour weeks
    • M- F shifts, flexible on what days
    • Must be able to cover the mornings, 7a-Noon
  • Clinical Details:
    • Need SuboxoneX wavier
    • Only Physician On- site
    • Locums will be the in Medical Director Role
  • Average daily census:
    • Anywhere from 1-8
    • Average is 3
    • New Clinic
  • EMR:
    • Methasoft
  • Support Staff:
    • Will have nurses and techs on site
  • Requirements:
    • Must be comfortable doing H and Ps
    • Do need a suboxone waiver
    • Active Iowa License needed
    • Looking for commutable candidates
