Shift Schedule: 7am – 5:30pm.

Setting: Naval Medical Facility - Outpatient.

Type of Patients/Cases: Active Duty

Patients per Day/Volume: 6 - 8

Credentialing timeline: 3 – 4 months

EMR: CHCS/AHLTA.

Job Requirements

• ANY active state license will be accepted
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Addiction Medicine Certification
