· ASAP for 4-6 Months or longer

· Up to 15 patients per day

· EMR: Methasoft

REQUIRED:

· MI state license; active, unrestricted

· Addiction Medicine experience

· Suboxone X Waiver

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· 6am-12:30pm | Tuesdays & Thursdays
