The ideal candidate is a Board Certified / Eligible Family Medicine MD/DO with Addiction Medicine fellowship training & Suboxone Certification - New Graduates are welcome to apply. The current panel is a nice mix of primary care & Addiction, but there is flexibility to accommodate 100% Addiction, if desired.
