SETTING:

Treatment Center

One other provider onsite

SCHEDULE:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

7 am – 11 am

5 – 10 patients per day

REQUIREMENTS:

Clinic uses methadone and suboxone. Must have a suboxone x waiver. Board eligible/certified. Active Louisiana license. Prefer local candidates.
