Locum Source is assisting an outpatient clinic in Kentucky that is looking for coverage Monday and Thursday starting in June to assist with vacation coverage. Locum Source is interested in partnering with qualified providers like yourself to help assist facilities that have a shortage of providers.
DATES:
June 24 – July 4, 2019
SCHEDULE:
Mondays and Thursdays only
6 am – Noon
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mainly for intake
5 – 6 patients per day
Must have suboxone waiver
Assistance from 2 LPN’s
EMR:
SMART
REQUIREMENTS: Local Kentucky provider, active Kentucky license, suboxone waiver
